- Dane konta użytkownika: przez czas trwania usługi + 5 lat po zakończeniu (wymóg LOV 89 dotyczący archiwizacji danych o czasie pracy)
- Dane z czatu AI: maksymalnie 12 miesięcy od daty rozmowy
- Cookies: zgodnie z ustawieniami Cookiebot i Twoimi preferencjami
- Dane analityczne (GA4): 14 miesięcy (domyślne ustawienie Google Analytics 4)
- Dane z formularza kontaktowego: 2 lata od ostatniego kontaktu

- Samtaleindhold kan behandles af AI-tjenesten (OpenRouter API) for at generere svar
7. Opbevaringsperiode for data
- Brugerkontodata: i tjenestens varighed + 5 år efter afslutning (krav i LOV 89 om arkivering af arbejdstidsdata)
- AI-chatdata: maksimalt 12 måneder fra samtaledatoen
- Cookies: i henhold til Cookiebot-indstillinger og dine præferencer
- Analytiske data (GA4): 14 måneder (Google Analytics 4 standardindstilling)
- Data fra kontaktformularen: 2 år fra sidste kontakt

- After the conversation ends, data is gradually anonymized for statistical purposes
- Conversations are not shared with third parties in a form that allows user identification
- Conversation content may be processed by the AI service (OpenRouter API) to generate responses

- User account data: for the duration of the service + 5 years after termination (LOV 89 requirement for working time data archiving)
- AI chat data: maximum 12 months from the conversation date
- Cookies: according to Cookiebot settings and your preferences
- Analytics data (GA4): 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default setting)
- Contact form data: 2 years from last contact

Under the GDPR (Articles 15-22), you have the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15) — you can obtain information about what data we process about you
- Right to rectification (Art. 16) — you can request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure (Art. 17) — "right to be forgotten" — you can request deletion of your data

- Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 for traffic analysis. Servers in USA/EU, processing based on a Data Processing Agreement
- home.pl S.A. — website hosting. Servers located in Poland, processing within the EU/EEA

We employ the following technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

- Password hashing — passwords stored exclusively in hashed form using the bcrypt algorithm
- Prepared statements — protection against SQL injection attacks
